Project Management

There is significant complexity in delivering the FF&E scope of a hospitality project on time, on budget, correctly sequenced and in close collaboration with installation contractors. We speak from experience – managing over 100 large projects every year, we’ve seen a lot of things that can go wrong. While we can’t anticipate every possibility, we have developed an approach to project management called PACCS.

Flexible Delivery Sequencing

Delays and changes in scope are part of many hotel projects. As part of your project team, we remain flexible throughout the project and can make adjustments in sequencing and deliveries as required.
Direct Collaboration With Your Contractors

In order to ensure that all the products specified will work within your hotel and ship on time we coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and FF&E installers among others.

Frequent Project Status Reports

Communication is the cornerstone of good project management. Our project reports and accessible project managers will ensure you have a complete picture of the status of your project at all times.
Completion Phase
​
Our design work isn’t completed until the project goes into running. We work with your team through all phases of development to ensure the design is executed properly and the final outcome is what you expected.
Full Project Closeout Services
​
A project is not complete until any issues have been resolved to our client’s satisfaction. After all FF&E is installed, we compile and address a punch list of open items that need to be resolved.
